2. Tell us when suits

Evenings and weekends included. Give us a preferred day and time and your details.

3. We confirm with you

Before you book.

The things people usually want to know before they pick a time.

At our Birmingham clinic, yes, and there is nothing to pay and nothing to sign. It is a full 60 minute diagnostic test, not a quick screening. A home visit is £50, which covers the same test brought to your door. If hearing aids would not help you, we will tell you so and that is the end of it.

Allow an hour for a hearing test, about half an hour for earwax removal, and around an hour and a half for a hearing aid fitting. We would rather take the time and get it right than rush you through.

A list of any medication you take, and any letters from your GP, the hospital or a previous audiologist if you have them. If you already wear hearing aids, have them with you along with the charger or spare batteries. Nothing else is needed.

Yes, and a lot of our appointments are booked by a son, daughter or partner. Put your own details down as the contact and tell us in the notes who the appointment is actually for. It helps if they know we are coming.

No. You can book directly with us for a hearing test, earwax removal, a fitting or a repair. If we find anything during your appointment that needs medical attention, we will stop, explain what we have seen and refer you on with a letter.

Not quite. You choose a time that suits you and we come back to confirm it, usually the same day. That way you are never left wondering whether a slot is actually booked.
