Chains are inconsistent, some no longer offer home visits at all. We cover Birmingham and the West Midlands as standard.
Chains often charge £30 to £100 plus, or free only in specific areas. Ours is £50, clearly stated, no surprises.
Chain follow-ups can stretch to months. Ours are prompt and thorough, part of your included aftercare, with home visits available.

The practical detail, before you book.
No. A home hearing test is £50 wherever you are, from Balsall Heath to Shrewsbury. There is no mileage charge and no call-out fee. Earwax removal is £60 at home, the same price as in the clinic.
The whole clinic, in practice: calibrated test equipment and headphones, an otoscope with a camera so you can see inside your own ear on screen, the microsuction unit for wax, and a demo set of hearing aids programmed to your results there and then.
A quiet room and a table is all. No need to move furniture or tidy up. If you take medication, have the list handy, and if you already wear hearing aids, have them out with the charger or spare batteries.
Yes, and at no extra cost. One £50 visit covers the household, so if your partner or a parent wants their hearing checked at the same time, they are tested free in the same appointment.
