Every hearing aid we fit comes with ongoing aftercare as standard. A full hearing test and a check of your hearing aids every year, at no extra cost for as long as you own them. Adjustments are free for your first 60 days. In clinic, or in your own home across Birmingham and the West Midlands.

How often should you come in?
Once a year as a minimum, and sooner whenever you need us.
We recommend a full reassessment once a year, so your hearing aids stay matched to your hearing. We will remind you when it is due, and it is included as standard.

After that, servicing and repairs may be charged, and home visits carry a call-out fee of up to \u{00a3}50. Domes, filters, receivers and batteries are charged as you need them.
