Opening hours.
Later than most, because life does not finish at 5pm. Evening and weekend home visits are available too, so you can book a time that actually suits you.
Clinic or at home?
Both get you the same audiologists and the same equipment. The difference is price and convenience.
If you can get to Moseley Road, come to the clinic: the hearing test is free there and £50 at home, and everything else costs the same either way. A home visit is the better choice if travelling is difficult, if you would rather try hearing aids on your own television, or if evenings and weekends are the only times that work.
