Getting hold of us.
WhatsApp is usually quickest, but every route below reaches the same two people.
WhatsApp on 07442 499414. It goes straight to us rather than through a call centre, and you can send a photo of a hearing aid or a letter from the hospital if that helps explain the problem. A phone call to the same number works just as well if you would rather speak to someone.
Yes. We work seven days a week, including evenings, so messages at the weekend get answered at the weekend. If we are mid-appointment it may take an hour or two, but you will not be waiting until Monday.
It is better to message first. We are at 512 to 514 Moseley Road, Birmingham, B12 9AH, but we are often out on home visits, so a quick message saves you a wasted journey. If you are already nearby, send a WhatsApp and we will tell you straight away whether someone is there.

No, and if your hearing makes phone calls hard, please do not feel you have to. Message us on WhatsApp or email instead, and we will do the whole thing in writing if that is easier for you.
