The terms that apply when you use this website or book an appointment with The Hearing Team.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by The Hearing Team LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”), registered in England and Wales, company number 17217939, registered office: 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA. 2. Using this website
By using this website you agree to these terms. The content on this site is provided for general information about our services. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for a consultation with a qualified audiologist or your GP. If you have sudden hearing loss, pain, discharge or dizziness, seek medical attention promptly.
3. Appointments and bookings
Submitting a booking request through this website is a request, not a confirmed appointment. We will contact you to confirm a date and time. If you cannot attend a confirmed appointment, please give us as much notice as you can so the slot can be offered to someone else.
4. Prices
Hearing tests are free at our clinic. Home visits and earwax removal are charged at the prices shown on this website at the time of booking. Prices may change from time to time; the price confirmed with your appointment applies. All prices include VAT where applicable.
5. Hearing aids, returns and warranty
Hearing aids purchased from us come with a 60-day money-back guarantee: if you are not happy within 60 days of fitting, return them in good condition for a refund. Hearing aids also carry a manufacturer's warranty of up to 4 years depending on the model; details are confirmed at the point of sale. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
6. Finance
Where finance is offered, it is subject to status and affordability checks, and full written details are provided before you enter into any agreement. Finance is only available to eligible UK residents aged 18 or over.
7. Our liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law. We are not responsible for losses that are not foreseeable, or that are caused by events outside our reasonable control, including interruptions to the availability of this website.
8. Content and trade marks
The content of this website, including text, layout and graphics, belongs to The Hearing Team LTD or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Product names such as Oticon, Phonak, ReSound and Starkey are trade marks of their respective owners.
9. Privacy
How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
10. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page applies. Last updated: 22 August 2026.
